My Master's degree in Nutrition in addition to my Personal Training Certifications from the leading fitness association in the country with specialization in Corrective Exercise Strategies qualifies me to work together with my clients to set realistic fitness goals while developing customized nutrition and workout plans that fit their schedules.
Correct exercise and nutrition have changed my life and I want to help you change yours too. My obsession for the perfect body led me to develop an eating disorder for almost three years.
